Great location, walking distance to subway and bus stations. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and coffee spots nearby. Convenient for exploring Tokyo. Clean and well-designed rooms with comfortable beds and amenities. Complimentary coffee and TV with Netflix. Good value for the price.

Kind and helpful staff. Convenient location close to multiple kombinis and train station. Great lobby with complimentary drink refreshments.
Cleaning was a bit subpar, with some areas not cleaned well. Room was cramped for two people, challenging to move around.

The room was impeccably clean with a comfortable bed and a stylish bathroom. The large TV and terrace on the top floor were highlights. The location was convenient, within walking distance from Tokyo station and right by the Higashi-Ginza subway stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. a highly recommended hotel.

With underground stations just 200 meters away, transportation around this bustling city is easy. The cleanliness of the rooms was really good, providing a comfortable and restful stay. I love the location of this place, it's so convenient especially because it's only 200m away from a well-connected underground station. The service provided here is top-notch and I felt very well taken care of. The room amenities are great, with features such as heating, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. I really appreciated the free toiletries provided and loved the convenience of having an electric kettle in the room.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to families, it's perfect for them.

the room was spacious and elegantly furnished with exclusive amenities like a high, end coffee machine and a lavish bathroom with a large bathtub. the private facilities were top, notch, including a gym and a beautiful rooftop terrace with a stunning city skyline view. this hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping.
One of the staff members was not as friendly as the others, and did not seem to go out of their way to accommodate requests.
